We want you to be fully satisfied with every order you make with Durian Garden. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your durians, we will accept returns or requests for refunds after purchase. Please refer to our policies to find out more:

PURCHASE POLICY

For all durian orders, there is a minimum charge of $120, which includes free delivery. For orders exceeding 20kg, please contact Durian Garden directly at 9799-8873 to make the necessary arrangements.

Durian Garden strictly delivers to Singapore addresses only (excluding Sentosa and Jurong Island). For shipping addresses outside Singapore, Durian Garden reserves the right to cancel your order without notice.

To uphold the quality assurance of its durians, Durian Garden reserves the discretion to retract or withhold an order if the stocks available for the day are considered subpar. Arrangements will be made with the customer for an alternative delivery date.

In the event of insufficient supply of durians or any other unforeseen circumstances after an order is placed online, arrangements for refund will be made through PayPal. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days unless otherwise stated.

EXCHANGE POLICY

For home deliveries, Durian Garden offers a 1-to-1 exchange on the spot if the durians delivered are spoilt or unripe.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Durian Garden reserves the right to cancel an order under any circumstances. For durian parties, cancellation or changes to the order must be made three days prior to the actual date of event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will only be accepted via phone or e-mail.

For online orders, cancellations are not allowed once the orders have been processed. To make changes to orders, please call Durian Garden at 9799-8873.

These above policies apply to all Durian Garden orders unless otherwise stated in other brand or marketing collaterals.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

For online purchases, you can pay via your credit card (VISA/Mastercard) or your PayPal account. For orders via phone, we will collect cash on delivery.

WHEN AND HOW CAN WE PLACE OUR ORDERS?

You may call or text 9799-8873 to order from 10am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday. Alternatively, you can place your orders online at any time.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF DURIAN ORDERS ONLINE?

The maximum amount for online durian orders is 20kg. The online shopping cart will not process any orders exceeding 20kg.

DO I HAVE TO ORDER IN ADVANCE?

The cut-off time for same-day orders is 12pm. For orders of more than 20 kg, please call or text 9799-8873 to order at least 2 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

CAN I ARRANGE FOR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME?

Yes, there are two delivery timeslots, subject to availability. The timings are 4pm to 7pm and 7pm to 10pm. Selection for timeslots is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

DOES DURIAN GARDEN SHIP OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE?

No, we only deliver durians within Singapore, excluding Sentosa and Jurong Island.

WILL I INCUR ANY EXTRA COST IF I REQUEST FOR THE DURIAN TO BE DESHELLED AND PACKED IN A BOX?

You can choose to have your durians delivered either as a whole fruit or in a box. There is no extra cost involved.

ARE ALL DURIANS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?

Most types of durians are available only during certain seasons. You can call us or check our website regularly to find out which durians are in season before placing your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DISCOVER THAT THE DURIANS ARE UNSATISFACTORY?

If the durians are spoilt or unripe, Durian Garden offers a 1-to-1 exchange policy to ensure our customers get to enjoy fresh durians of the finest quality.
